Who you are dealing with

Pixygon is a Norwegian company. Contact: [email protected]. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your account

One Pixygon account works across all our products. You must be at least 13 years old, or 18 for products marked as such. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

What you may do, and may not

You may use the products for their intended purpose, personally or for your business. You may not:

• break the law, or use a product to harass, threaten or defraud anyone;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is illegal in Norway;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the services, or bypass rate limits, payments or access controls;
• resell or sublicense a product, or automate it beyond what its own tools allow.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will say why unless the law prevents it.

What stays yours

Everything you create in a product stays yours. You give Pixygon the licence needed to store, display and process it so the product can work, and, for content you explicitly publish or share, to show it to the people you shared it with. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in routine backups, which rotate out on their own schedule.

Pixygon's own games, brands, code, artwork and text are ours or our licensors'. Product press kits state what you may reuse.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

Prices are shown in the product before you pay, including VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe or Vipps. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

For digital goods delivered at once, such as credits (Lumen), packs or game unlocks, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian and EU consumer law is therefore waived once the goods are delivered. If something you paid for does not work, write to us and we will fix it or refund it.

AI-generated output

Some products generate text or images with AI. Output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output given to others. Check anything you rely on. You are responsible for how you use it, and output must not be used to produce content that breaks the rules above.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the products running, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause or retire features and products. If a product you paid for is retired, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pixygon is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the product or by email; the Privacy Policy describes what happens to your data. We can end the agreement if you break these terms or if we retire a product, with reasonable notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced inside the products they affect before they take effect.
